Shopping Information



Our despatch time for standard online products is 5 to 7 working days.  Despatch timeframe for custom orders is quoted at time of enquiry, but is generally 7 to 10 working days.


Delivery time is dependent on your location.  We use Fastway Couriers to deliver our parcels and signature is required at time of delivery.


In the event that courier service is not available in your area, we deliver via Australia Post.


If you wish your parcel to be left unattended please note at time of order.


Parcel tracking is advised via email at time of despatch.




All our products go through a stringent quality control process prior to despatch. If something goes amiss, we provide a manufacturer’s warranty against factory defects for a period of 12 months.


If your board is damaged in transit it will be replaced free of charge. In this instance, please notify us immediately, keep all packaging for return and if possible take a photo of damaged goods on arrival.


The Cutting Board Company does not refund products due to change of mind.




Each Australian Hardwood Timber Species comes in a range of colour and characteristics. All boards will differ slightly in size due to being handmade and hand sanded. Being a natural product all boards may differ slightly in colour and natural imperfections.


We provide Care Instructions with each order and recommend that board is maintained as per our instructions.
