Shipping policy

Our despatch time for smaller online orders is 1 business day, for board sizes large and up it's 1 to 5 working days. Despatch timeframe for custom orders is quoted at time of enquiry.

Delivery time is dependent on your location. In the event that courier service is not available in your area, we deliver via Australia Post.

Parcel tracking is advised via email at time of despatch.

Authority to Leave

By placing an order with us, you authorise our delivery partners to leave your parcel in a safe location at the delivery address if no one is available to receive it. If you do not want your parcel left unattended, you must notify us before your order is dispatched. Additional delivery charges may apply for deliveries that require a signature or re-delivery.
